SUNDAY HOUSES

In 19th century Fredericksburg, the German settlers working on rural farms erected Sunday Houses for overnight stays on their weekly travels into town for supplies and church attendance. At Boot Ranch, our historically inspired Sunday Houses offer owners a luxurious, fully furnished second home to enjoy 6 full weeks each year. Each Sunday House is a compound that includes a main gathering house with great room, kitchen, dining and laundry area and two golf shuttle carts. Sunday Houses have from four to six bedrooms, some of which may be in the gathering house or in detached cottages.

These homes provide an ideal balance of privacy and community for family and friends. Eight owners divide the use and operating cost of each Sunday House, and enjoy multi-generational Club membership privileges whenever they are in residence at a Sunday House or Lodge Suite.
