Lake Club Homesites
The highly anticipated Lake Club Homesites are now available. For those seeking a lakeside trophy property and world-class amenities only steps away, these homesites are a dream come true.
These elevated homesites offer breathtaking views of Longhorn Lake and the surrounding Hill Country. And get ready to become a host extraordinaire—Your Boot Ranch multi-generational membership allows your whole family to enjoy Boot Ranch amenities, including the adjacent Lake Club.
Only 8 of the original 11 Lake Club Homesites remain available as of November 2024. Homesites range from 1.04 acres to 2.32 and prices start at $925,000. A $20,000 refundable deposit will secure your reservation.
Shared-Ownership Lake Houses
Shared-Ownership Lake Houses are the perfect option for families who want to spend six weeks each year at Boot Ranch, enjoying lakeside living in a large, elegantly-appointed home. These homes are fully furnished and professionally maintained both inside and out—simply arrive and enjoy.
Each Lake House is planned to include:
- Approximately 6,500 square feet of living space with four en-suite bedrooms, a bunkroom, and 5.5 bathrooms
- Full multi-generational Boot Ranch membership while in residence
- Covered parking for two vehicles; overflow parking nearby
- Use of two four-passenger shuttle carts

The Lake Club at Longhorn Lake
Longhorn Lake is already a favorite getaway destination for Boot Ranch members. The lakeshore currently features a pavilion, swim beach, jumping platforms, a playground, and a food truck. On the lake, members enjoy activities include fishing, canoeing, and paddleboarding.
During construction, the existing Lake Club facilities can be accessed from the eastern shore of the lake where there’s parking, picnic tables and the Caddie Shack food truck.
The Future of the Lake Club
Development of the expanded Lake Club is underway and will include:
- A waterfront clubhouse for casual dining indoors and out
- Two bars, one adjacent to the dining room and the other poolside
- Two pools, a water slide for kids, a family spa, a fire pit, and changing rooms
- A silo serving buzz-worthy sweets and coffee treats
- A party barn big enough for basketball, kids’ activities, private events, and member gatherings of any sort
- A lawn sloping down to the lake for weddings, concerts, or just soaking up the sun
Fortunately, Boot Ranch members won’t need to wait long—all of these exciting developments are scheduled to be completed in 2026.
